The present sales conditions are concluded on the one hand by the company Views Media SAS with a capital of 2232.10 € whose head office is located at 6 rue de Valmy, 93100 Montreuil, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Bobigny under the number 832315113, hereinafter referred to as "Views Media SAS" and managing the website P.O.Views website, https:// poviews.fr/ and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the P.O.Views website, https://poviews.fr/ hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

Article 1. Object
The present sales conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between Views Media SAS and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase effected through the P.O.Views website, https://poviews.fr/. The acquisition of a product through the present site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of the present conditions of sale which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Article 3. Rates
